January 2017 is a new year with a new start, The Menai Hotel & Barl hosts Big, Bad & Heavy!
As there has been many recent event issues with liscensing laws and finishing early, to combat this we have decided to start early in the evening, giving you much more time to enjoy your saturday night and get a little more for your money.

On arrival you will recieve a free glass of hot mulled cider to remove the chill and be greeted by a semi settled dose of Dub, Reggae and Hip Hop brought to you by some new faces in the area!
We will be joined by the lads from The Ritual Collective who will be adding a few bpm and turning up the volume with their unique varied styles ranging from Hip hop and dnb to garage and breaks to bring the party into full swing.
Later sets will be filled with a heavy blend of Drum & Bass featuring some of the most lively djs in the area, all played from the colossal Static HI-FI

Early on Hobgoblin hotdogs will be available, as will the famous ale!
