Bluefootjai is back with more deep beats for your feet. This new EP starts with the rolling amens of Needed to Know as pads float and keys twinkle placidly around them before Slow Release releases darker beats and more ominous tones but still with atmospheric soul. So Energised is up next with frantic rhythms and hypnotic synths that build into a lively tour de force of sound. The Pleasure is Mine sees Bluefootjai delve deep into amen territory once more complete with lingering pads spirited bass stabs before the title track ends this excellent new EP with more amen choppage and bouncing beat edits gain momentum as mesmeric bass notes bubble underneath. Bluefootjai will be back again later in the year with more majestic beats.
