A bit of a somber moment for the label as we have to inform you of the unfortunate passing of our long time main character, mascot and leading man, Dr. Cortex.

Since BrainRave was established, you will have seen Dr. Cortex on pretty much all of our artworks in some shape or form but it's finally time for BrainRave to move into a new direction aesthetically.

This brings us to our final release of 2025, which comes from Alex Physalis who offers two off piste Neuro bangers, Thinking Environment / Creative Clusters, as the final offering from the old BrainRave.

We would like to thank Alex for these two bangers, a really talented producer! We would also like to thank Neil at MS Mastering and Matthew Thatcher on another fantastic artwork creation who has painted Dr. Cortex's story marvellously.

Thinking Environment / Creative Clusters drops Friday 12th December exclusive to Beatport & Spotify. We thank you all for your continued support and look forward to the next chapter of BrainRave. See you in 2026, have a great holiday season all!
