The label covers dark, technical, dancefloor-oriented neurofunk and melodic/atmospheric touches that can appeal on the dancefloor and to listeners of the genre. Inspired by the science fiction and technical aesthetic brought in Film, literature and Art.
Track 1: Nickbee - Lights Out
A dreamy vocal combined with a melodic intro combined with fantastic sound design creates atmosphere and a great sound bed. Dropping into those well made drums and sub hits that bring his productions such groove and weight.
Track 2 : Omneum - Covenant
Is a straight up tech step roller that explodes on to the soundstage with an intense vibe and rising melody that just doesn't quit. Precise drum designs and a simplistic route bring together this songs main elements with pauses and builds in all the right places.
Track 3 : Project Zeus - Gunk
A great no nonsense intro that is built on a sound bed of beautiful synth melodies and vocal that accompanies the musicality here the song builds with musical tension throughout the entire track. Making the second drop something worth waiting for.
Track 4 : Aye Rights - Dawnbreaker
As with all Aye Rights productions this song brings his amazing drum work and rhythm together in one continuous flow of heavy raw energy. A great mixing tool and a slammer of a track that has a funk flow, keeping things simplistic minimal and funky all at the same time.
