ASTRLPickle is a collaborative project born in Australia’s Northern Rivers, between Byron Bay and

the Gold Coast. Formed through a shared love of energy driven music, the duo’s connection was

built over years of digging, DJing, and long nights on beaches soundtracked by carefully selected

tunes.

Josh (ASTRL Music) brings over a decade of production experience rooted in minimal house and

bass music, with a focus on groove, space, and low end. Anthon Darzy complements this with a

background in vinyl DJing, focusing on rhythm, melody, and musical character, what they call “sauce.”

The project expands with O2, a Christchurch, New Zealand raised producer known for melodic

Drum and Bass. After connecting through a Transition Audio event, the trio began collaborating,

blending their contrasting approaches into a refined yet emotive sound.
