Parhelia returns to Offworld, following on from his excellent Imaginarium EP to give us 4 slices of the finest quality atmospheric drum and bass.
Track one on this EP is 'Muun' which layers plucky synths and pianos over polyrhythmic drums to create a dreamy excursion that dances on the edge of IDM and drum and bass music.
'It Was Raining And Something Was Lost' is an instant atmospheric classic that combines all the necessary elements expected but retains a fresh feel.
Up next is 'Sneg III', a beautiful piano-driven jam that reaches left-field territory with its unique percussion.
Wrapping up the release is 'White Flag' (remastered) which featured on the charity bandcamp exclusive 'Music Without Borders' LP, a masterpiece of musicality from beginning to end.
